Account and acceptable use

Use the service for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to provide. Protect your account, API keys and integration tokens. Do not bypass access controls, distribute malicious code or violate other users’ rights or security.

Project and team permissions determine other participants’ access. Check recipients and permissions before sharing personal or confidential information.

Your content and AI

You retain rights to your content. You permit processing necessary to store, display, share and back it up and to perform actions you request.

AI results may contain errors. Review proposed changes and decisions before using them. Connecting an AI provider or agent may provide it with selected content and context; that provider’s terms also apply.

Integrations and Google Drive backups

Connect only accounts and resources you are authorized to use. Third-party services have their own terms, limits and availability. You can withdraw permissions for connected accounts.

Google Drive backups require administrative access in gitDone and explicit OAuth authorization from the selected Google account. The administrator selects the folder, active destinations and schedule. Creating a backup package may temporarily stop the site.

Archives include site data and configuration and may contain secrets. Protect the Drive account, folder and archive password. Existing archives retain the password used when they were created; the service cannot recover a lost password. Disconnecting or removing a destination leaves its existing archives in place.

Check backup results and your ability to restore. Quotas, expired or revoked permissions and provider interruptions may prevent uploads. The Privacy Policy describes data processing and archive retention.

Paid features and availability

If you use a paid plan, its price, period and applicable conditions are shown before you confirm the subscription. The payment provider processes payments.

Maintenance, technical problems and integration changes may interrupt or change features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

Ending use, data and changes

You may stop using the service and revoke integrations. Contact lyousy@gmail.com about account or data deletion or subscription questions. Data in existing archives is managed separately as described in the Privacy Policy.

For abuse or security risks, we may restrict access as needed to protect the service and its users. Current terms are published at this address with an updated date; contact the administrator with questions or disputes.
